You can request a return/refund, size or product exchange of your online order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
Make sure that the garment is in perfect condition and keeps its tags. We will not accept exchanges or returns on garments that return smelling of perfume or those that are worn, washed, stained or have been personalized. The garments must be returned in the same package you received them in to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. In the case of non-compliance with the above, we will not be able to accept your return.
In your first order we offer you the first exchange or return for FREE as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. Otherwise, Ceylan BCN is not responsible for the costs of the return/exchange (except if it is our mistake or in case of tare), we will help you to manage it at any time if necessary.
The cost of the return/exchange will depend on the region you are in and will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is received and approved (you will not have to make any transaction).
EXCHANGES

If you need to request a size change, you can do it for free on your first order if you are subscribed to our newsletter. This option is valid only in the Iberian Peninsula. You can choose the option of home collection or take it personally to your nearest post office. In both cases, the exchange process consists of two parts. First, we wait to receive the garment to be returned in the store, and upon arrival, we generate the order with the new size requested, which you will receive in the following days.
If you wish to make an exchange for another garment, you will have to request a store credit for the same value of the initially requested product or its return and make a new purchase from our website, managing it independently. To complete the process you only have to fill out a form in which you will need your order number and the email or phone number with which you have managed the order.

You can request a full refund of the product or store credit (gift card) for the value of the garment to enjoy it on our website. To make your return you can request a scheduled pick up or drop it off at your nearest post office.
